Strategic Planning & Development

The programme equips graduates with analytical and strategic capabilities to support organisational growth, market development, and business planning. Graduates may pursue roles in strategic planning, business development, project management, and corporate development.

Business Consulting & Advisory

Graduates may apply their management knowledge and problem-solving capabilities in consultancy and advisory roles, supporting organisations in strategy, operations, organisational development, human resources, marketing, and business improvement.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation

The programme supports graduates seeking to establish or develop their own businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. Graduates gain broader management perspectives that can support opportunity identification, business planning, innovation, and sustainable organisational growth.

Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following academic requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the University Senate; or
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in a related field with a CGPA of 2.00 to below 2.50, subject to rigorous internal assessment; or
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in a non-related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and relevant working experience, subject to rigorous internal assessment; or
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in a non-related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 without relevant working experience, subject to passing prerequisite courses; or
  • Other equivalent or related qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.

Applicants must also have a good command of written and spoken English.

English Language Proficiency (Additional Requirement for International Students)

International applicants are required to meet the following English language requirement:

  • MUET Band 4; or
  • An equivalent English language qualification at CEFR Mid B2 level.
