Course Synopsis

The Change Leadership and Organizational Adoption Programme is designed to develop practical workplace change capability. Participants will learn how to influence people, communicate change effectively, manage resistance, build readiness, and support sustainable adoption within their teams and organisations.

The programme focuses on the practical role of a Change Agent in bridging the gap between organisational strategy and day-to-day adoption. Participants will also have the opportunity to sit for the Certified Change Agent examination by Change Beacon, Singapore, at the end of the programme.
